Our supply Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood which formed by breaking down waste rubberwood/ mixed tropical hardwood into wood fibers, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and urea formaldehyde resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature. The panels are surface sanded and then cut to standard size.
The MDF is easily sawn, routed, moulded, drilled, glued, nailed, screwed, sanded, painted, laminated, and veneered, creates opportunities for it to be used as an alternative to solid wood. It is widely apply to the furniture and building applications.
